Control Types and Settings
Text
This control has no input functionality it only shows text on the sheet normally used as a label, title, header or paragraph for your form.

Text Input
A text input allows the user to enter any combination of letters, numbers, or symbols. You can use them for long and short-form entries.
Text Area
This is a multi-line text input control. A text area can hold an unlimited number of characters, and the text renders in a fixed-width font.
- These settings apply for both Text Input and Text Area.

Read Only | Remove the ability to use the field |
Disabled | Remove the ability to interact with the field |
Label | A text label that will “float” up above the input field, once the field gets focus |
Default Value | This value will always appear on a new form entry |
Clearable | Appends clearable button when a value is set; When clicked, removes the value |
Prefix | Add something at the beginning of the field |
Suffix | Add something at the end of the field |
Hint | Helper (hint) text which gets placed below the form control |

Shape | Additional style shape |
Select
The select control is used to create a drop-down list with multiple options that the user can choose from.
Checkbox
The checkbox is shown as a square box that is ticked (checked) when activated. Checkboxes are used to let a user select one or more options of a limited number of choices.
